1. Returns & Timeframe
You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide photo or video evidence.
In such cases, we may offer:

3. Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind, returns are generally not required.
